Shipping & Delivery

All ARO spearguns ship free to customers within Hawaiʻi.

We ship to the mainland United States and select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after purchase. Each speargun undergoes a final inspection before leaving our workshop.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because ARO spearguns are produced in limited serialized batches, all sales are considered final once an order is placed.

warranty

ARO spearguns are built for durability, reliability, and performance in demanding ocean conditions. Each speargun is carefully assembled and inspected before leaving our workshop, and we stand behind the quality of our builds. ARO provides a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for all major components of the speargun. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and begins on the date of delivery.

What is covered under warranty:

  • Carbon fiber barrel

  • Handle and trigger mechanism

  • Roller muzzle and structural components

  • Installed hardware and mechanical components

If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs during the warranty period, ARO will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.

Items not covered under warranty:

  • Bands

  • Dyneema wishbones or shooting line

  • Shafts

These items are considered wear components and naturally degrade with use, requiring replacement over time depending on usage and conditions.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, modification of the speargun, impact damage, corrosion due to neglect, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact ARO with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected area. Once the claim is reviewed, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return if necessary. ARO is committed to supporting our customers and ensuring every speargun performs reliably in the water.
